Sweets was inspired by woman named Chef Johnna
Hamlin. Some may know her as The Cake Lady.
The passion began in 1999 when Chef Johnna
was primarily making birthday cakes for family
and friends. Our product has since grown to
include pastries and our classic, elegant
wedding cakes.
Impressional
Sweets is a small speciality bakery that prides
itself on customer service, attention to detail,
and high quality cakes. Chef Johnna is a 2004
Graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
Chef Johnna has an Associates degree in Culinary
Arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service
Management, and a Master’s degree in
Business Management. Her husband Corey D.
Hamlin, is a teacher by trade, who has studied
under Johnna to learn the skill of making
cakes.
The
legacy on Chef Johnna lives on in every cake.
